Hello! I am Caitlin!

I created Iconic YEG because I wanted the freedom to build a real estate practice around one thing: being genuinely valuable to the people we serve.

I am not trying to build the biggest real estate team in Edmonton, carry the highest number of listings, or measure success by how many transactions we can push through in a year. What motivates me is much simpler than that. I want to be exceptionally good at helping people make important decisions about real estate.

That matters to me because buying or selling a home is rarely just a real estate decision.

It is a financial decision, certainly, but it is also a decision about your day-to-day life, your future flexibility, your family, your risk tolerance, your neighbourhood, your commute, your finances and sometimes your entire sense of what comes next.

I have always believed that my role as a REALTOR® is not simply to facilitate a transaction. It is to help people see the full picture, understand what matters, recognize what may not be obvious yet and make a decision they will still feel good about years later.

Real Stories, Real Experiences

Caitlin is the best realtor I have ever worked with, hands down. She went far above and beyond what any previous realtor had ever done in my 20+ years as an owner, buyer, seller. She helped us close a sale on a particularly challenging property that no other realtor could amidst a tricky market. Consider yourself lucky to have her on your side

Jason Kodie

Overall, we would give her 110% rating of services and trust, and you will feel confident of buy or sell your property through Caitlin. Thank you very much, Caitlin for all your affords and assistance through out our process. We highly recommend her to anyone needs best opinion of buy or sell your properties.

Elaine Liang

We had a great time working with Caitlin! We were first time homebuyers and Caitlin was very patient with explaining every part of the process. She was able to connect us with any other person we needed in the process: inspectors, lawyers, tradespeople, etc. LGBTQ+ friendly and we would recommend to anyone.

Lauren White

One of the most experienced and detail oriented realtors I've ever worked with. Caitlin knows Edmonton and surrounding area better than anyone I've ever met. She works hard for you and is a straight shooter, I wouldn't choose anyone else to sell my house or help me find a new one.

Darryl Matthews

I am selective about who I work with....

Not based on the value of your home, the size of your budget or how impressive the transaction might look from the outside. I want to work with people and properties that give me a reason to care deeply about the outcome.

Sometimes that comes from the property itself. I love a house with a story, something unusual to understand, a challenge to solve or a quality that I know buyers may not immediately recognize.

Sometimes it comes entirely from the people.

The sale might represent retirement after thirty years in the same home. A major life change. The beginning of something new. Getting out of a difficult situation. Protecting years of equity. Selling an estate that carries an enormous amount of family history. Or simply getting the best possible result because that money matters for what comes next.

That is also why I deliberately limit the amount of work I take on. I want the freedom to do what a particular sale actually requires, rather than forcing every property through the same process because I have twenty other listings competing for my attention.

Some homes need more research. Some need a completely different marketing approach. Some need me to spend hours understanding their history, their buyer, their competition or the objection that keeps coming up in showings. Sometimes the answer is better staging. Sometimes it is better information. Sometimes it is finding a way to make buyers see something they have been overlooking.

I don't necessarily know at the beginning what a sale will require, but I am always curious to discover it.

When a seller trusts me with their home, I want to become invested in the result. I want to think about it when I am not standing in front of them. I want to notice what isn't working, question our assumptions, find opportunities we haven't tried yet and keep looking for ways to improve our position.

I want the freedom to do more when more is what the sale requires.

And when it is finally over, I want to be able to look my client in the eye and know that we did everything we reasonably could to achieve the absolute best result available to us.
